Hardback. First edition 1993. A fascinating copy, with an inscription from the author's to Chaz Bowyer to one of the prelims. Ink stamp "Property of Chaz Bowyer" to the title page. This is a complete record of the Fighter Aces of the German Air Service, Naval Air Service and Flanders Marine Corps, 1914-1918. This copy is complete with a pictorial dust jacket which is in good condition despite fading to the spine. The rich navy cloth boards underneath show no wear, however, there is a lean to the spine. The pages within are clean and illustrated with several black and white photographic images. pp. 259. Overall a highly collectable association copy. A must for any aviation enthusiast.
