The 1927 edition of All The World's Aircraft, compiled by C.G. Grey with the assistance of Leonard Bridgman. Documenting the global aviation boom following World War 1, featuring a significent shift toward commercial air travel and specialised air design. This copy has been re-backed with a brand new spine. The advert to the front free endpaper is a little loose and one of the adverts to the front of the book has been neatly removed, showing only half a page. The rest of the pages are clean and superbly illustrated throughout. The most notable event of the year was Charles Linbergh's solo non-stop flight across the Atlantic in the Spirit of St Louis. A very good copy of a scarce year. A must for any aviation enthusiast.
