Aerial Transport

G. Holt Thomas

Edition: First Edition

Published By: Hodder and Stoughton Limited

Hardback, no date possibly 1920. Aerial Transport is a seminal study by George Holt Thomas, a visionary pioneer of the British aviation industry. Written in the wake of World War I, the book captures the booming interwar era when aviation was transitioning from military to a global commercial proposition. This copy bound in full blue cloth is an ex-library copy and as such has ink stamps throughout and along the edges of the text block. The binding itself is in good condition with just a little edge wear and fading to the spine. The pages are clean despite the ink stamps. Illustrated with several fascinating black and white photographic plates and folding maps to the rear. pp. xviii + 259. Overall a good copy. An ideal addition to any aviation library.
