This book is the second part of Stubelius' extensive research into the development into aviation terminology in the English language. It focuses on the etymology and historical usage of words that describe different types of flying apparatus during the ealry eras of flight. This copy is bound with brown paper covers which show some wear and closed tears to the extremities. There is a book plate to the verso of the front cover, however, the rest of the pages are free of any marks, or foxing. pp. xi + 396. Overall a good copy. A must for any aviation enthusiast.
