Released shortlay after World War Two is serves as a comprehensive, historical record of the legendary Supermarine Spitfire fighter aircraft range. This copy has been signed by both authors to the title page. Complete with its dust jacket which has been covered in a clear adhesive wrap and shows a little wear and staining. Underneath the red cloth boards are faded to the extremities and spine although remain intact. Small previous owner's signature to the front free endpaper, the rest of the pages are clean and profusely illustrated. pp. 119. A rare signed copy and a must for any aviation enthusiast.
