"L'Aviazione Austro Ungarica Sulla Fronte Italiana 1915-1918" is a famous rare historical aviation book written by Captain Riccardo Cavigioli published in Milan in 1934. It is a comprehensive record detailing the operations of the Imperial and Royal Aviation Troops against Italy during World War I. This handsome copy is bound in full blue leather with Maltese Cross motif to the front, six raised bands and gilt titles to the spine. Top edge gilt. This copy comes housed in a slipcase and is signed by the Author. Internally there are decorative endpapers with gilt dentelles. The pages are clean despite a little foxing and an embossed stamp to the title page. The leather displays a little wear, especially to the spine although still presents well.
