This book documents the history of early aviation in Iran focusing on German pilots, engineers and aircraft, particularly Junkers models, hired by the Persian government in the 1920's and 1930's to help establish the country;s first commercial and military aviation infrastructure. This copy is complete with its' dust jacket which despite the remains of a label to the base of the spine is in very good condition. There are thumb marks and a label to the front free end-paper otherwise the pages appear unread. With German Text. pp. 271. A good addition to any aviation library.
