Air Facts And Problems is a landmark aviation book written by Lord Thomson, the British Secretary of State for Air. Lord Thomson wrote the book to evaluate the rapid rise of aviation, outlining both the massive potential and the strategic hurdles facing military and civilian aeronautics. This first edition copy, published in 1927 also has an inscription from the author to the front free endpaper. Bound in navy cloth, this copy is in very good condition despite fading to the spine. There is a Royal Aero Club ink stamp to the front free endpaper. The rest of the pages are lightly toned although clean. pp. 255. A scarce title, rarer still with the author's signature.
