Air Publication (AP) 859, is the official British Air Ministry handbook covering the technical operation, maintenance, and construction of the Rolls-Royce Eagle VIII and Falcon II Aero Engines. This manual served as the definitive structural and mechanical reference guide for the Royal Air Force ground crews managing these iconic World War I era liquid cooled V-12 powerplants. This copy published in March, 1927 has green paper covers and is generally in good condition. The covers are a little faded with an ink-stamp amd number in pen and in white to the front. There is an ex-libris label to the verso of the title page. The rest of the page are clean and illustrated. pp. 109. Overall a good copy and a must for any aviation enthusiast.
