Air Publication 866 is the official British Air Ministry technical manual and descriptive handbook for the Bristol Fighter Mark IV aircraft. As a standard interwar Air Publication, this manual was distributed for the technical information and guidance of Royal Air Force Personnel, mechanical engineers, and pilots. This copy, published in July, 1928, is quarter bound in blue cloth with paper covered boards. the book has been covered in brown paper and so the binding is in very good condition. Internally the spine is lightly pulling away, although the binding remains quite firm. The pages are very clean, they appear unread, and are superbly illustrated. pp. vii + 138. Overall a very good copy and a superb addition to any aviation library.
