Instructions For Care And Management of The Beardmore Aero Engine is the official World War I technical manual outlining the strict operating, fueling, and maintenance procedures required to run this water-cooled, inline aircraft engine safely. This copy published in June 1916, has been re-bound in brown cloth with the original front cover bound onto the front board. New endpapers have been added and the title page has been laid onto cloth along the hinge. The rear folding diagram has had some cloth repair along the internal hinge as well as the folding hinge. A few of the pages are a little discoloured, grubby, with creasing to a few of the corners. A well loved, scarce copy and a must for any aviation enthusiast.
