St Mary's Books is incredibly proud to present this rare limited edition of "Lost & Found" by Hal Bishop, celebrating "Rachel Reckitt's book illustrations, including the complete set of woodblocks engraved for The Mill on the Floss, & what was lost in their making". Out of a total 2010 print run of 225, this edition is number "IL" out of the 55 special edition copies. Housed in a blue slipcase, this hardback book is half-bound in oasis leather with blue paper boards featuring some of Reckitt's stunning illustrations. Inside, one finds 57 pages of text, accompanied by Reckitt's whimsical and imaginative engravings. The book is accompanied by a quarter bound blue cloth and blue paper hardback folder which contains a set of proofs of the engravings for "The Mill on the Floss". This collection is in very good condition, with few notable blemishes or imperfections other than a small stain on the slipcase, it remains well preserved. "Lost & Found" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any art lover.
