Schweizer Luftfahrt, "The History of Swiss Aviation is one of the most comprehensive and beautifully illustrated histories of early Swiss Aviation. Volume I, published in 1941/42 covers the earliest origins of flight and the foundational years of Swiss aviation up to World War I. Volume, III, published in 1943, comprehensively explores gliders, modern motorised aircraft, flight techniques, and military aviation. These two volumes are handsomely bound in orange cloth with gilt decoration to the front. The binding is in very good condition despite a little fading to the spine and bumping to the corners with slight discolouration to volume III. The pages are clean and illustrated with stunning tipped in colour plates, a map, colour illustrations, black and white photographs and facsimile Swiss newspapers. Although only volumes I and III are present these are stunning volumes and a must for any aviation enthusiast. German Text
