The Broxbourne Flyer was the official club magazine of the Herts Essex Aero Club. It documented the day-to-day activities, social events, and aviation milestones of the club during its operational years at Broxbourne Aerodrome. This copy of The Broxbourne Flyer has been specially bound in black leather with bright gilt titles to the front. The book contains several years of the magazine including December 1937, January 1938 to November 1938 and August 1939. It displays the original owner's name to the front paste-down and includes the original membership card of one of its members, L.F.P. Walters, which expired on May 12th, 1960. Overall a very good copy despite a little creasing and discolouration to the occasional page. An unusual and rare find and a must for any aviation enthusiast.
