A first edition book published in 1934 and written by Hugh Gardiner. This copy has an inscription to Dr. L.P. Haywood from the author and is complete with its dustjacket. The dustjacket is a little worn and discoloured with fading to the spine. Adhesive tape has been applied along the top and bottom of the underside, along with a white blank piece of paper to the spine. The green cloth boards are a little faded with wear along the base of the rear board. However, the binding still presents well. Slight lean to the spine. The pages are generally clean despite a little foxing to the margins. pp. 159. Overall a scarce title with this copy complete with its dustjacket and inscription from the author. A must for any aviation enthusiast.
