The Sperry Review was the official house journal published by The Sperry Gyroscope Company Limited from January 1947 through 1955. Based in Brentford, Middlesex, the publication specialised in technical advancements regarding gyroscopic instruments, radar, and automatic steering systems for maritime and aviation applications. This small collection consists of Volume 1 No. 2, October 1947 reprinted July 1951, Volume 3, No. 1, Summer 1949, Volume 3, No.2 Autumn 1950, Volume 3, No. 3, Spring 1951,Volume 3, No 4, Autumn 1951, Volume 3, No. 6, Autumn 1953, Volume 3, No. 7, Summer 1954, Volume 3, No 8 Winter 1954/55. All are in good condition except for a little wear to the covers. One of the magazines has an ink stamp to the front, another has a pencil signature to the front. These are loose within a burgundy cloth padded binder. The binder has the magazine title in bright gilt to the front and spine. There are marbled endpapers with a binding instruction label pasted onto the rear. The binder does display some rubbing and wear. Overall a unique 8 volume collection of this now scarce magazine.
