The Great Adventure The Story Of The Lafayette Escadrille is a 1937 biographical memoir written by Edwin Charles Parsons. E.C. Parsons was an American fighter pilot who served during World War I. It chronicles his first-hand experiences fighting alongside other volunteer American aviators before the United States officially entered the conflict. This copy bound in navy cloth has a red title band to the spine. The binding has faded a little especially to the spine although still presents well. There is a neat inscriptin and pencil annotation
