This copy, published in 2009, is complete with its dust jacket. The dust jacket does display a little surface and edge wear although it is is clean and complete. The black cloth boards underneath are in excellent condition and the pages within are free of any marks or inscriptions. pp. viii + 193. Overall a very good example of this much sought after work.
