St Mary's Books is proud to present this circa 1934 copy of the third ever "Biggles" book, ""Biggles" of the Camel Squadron" by Captain W. E. Johns. This hardback book is bound in a rich blue cloth and features blue staining to its top edge and gold gilt lettering to its cover and spine. Inside, one finds a stunning full-colour frontispiece depicting a bombardement breaking out around Biggles as he flew. This book has 254 pages of text, including a glossary of terms. This edition is in fair to good condition - there is some staining to the boards, they are bumped and worn and the spine is weak and faded. However, beyond some slight foxing and yellowing pages, this copy nevertheless remains clean and readable, remarkable for its age. This book is looking for a new home, and would make for a perfect gift for any Biggles enthusiasts.
