This lovely 1962 hardback edition of "The Cars in my Life" by W. O. Bentley is housed in a charming green and yellow dustjacket, featuring photographs of several Bentley cars. Underneath, this book is bound in green cloth, with the Bentley logo on the cover in silver gilt, and gilt lettering and decorations on the spine. Inside, one finds 157 pages of text, peppered with black and white photographs, including the frontispiece which depicts W. O. standing by one of his cars at Le Mans 1927. This book highlights Bentley's theories, opinions, and ideas about motorcars, motoring, and the motor industry. This book is in good condition, it's dustjacket is remarkably well preserved, and the interior is very clean and appears almost unread, however, the frontispiece page is loose. "The Cars in my Life" is looking for a new home, and would make for a perfect gift for any Bentley enthusiast.
