This lovely 1959 second impression of "Wings on My Suitcase: Personal Adventures of Air Hostesses", edited and introduced by Jerrard Tickell, is now in the possession of St Mary's Books. Housed in its original dustjacket, featuring a black and white photograph of an Air Hostess boarding a plane, this hardback book is bound in navy cloth with gold gilt lettering to the spine. Inside, one finds i-xiv and 193 pages of text covering the accounts of 20 Air Hostesses, and complete with black and white photographs bringing to life the tales of their travels. This book, and its original dustjacket, are in very good condition - remarkable considering the age of this copy. Other than some minor bumping to the dustjacket, this copy has few notable blemishes or imperfections. "Wings on My Suitcase" is looking for a new home, and would make for a perfect gift for any aviation enthusiasts.
