This lovely 1940 German Language edition of "Drei Deutsche Fliegerinnen" by Rolf Itaaliander is housed in its original orange dustjacket, featuring black and white photographs of the pilots in question: Elly Beinhorn, Thea Rasche, and Hanna Reitsch. Bound in light blue quarter cloth with light blue boards and red ink text, this hardback book has 94 pages of text, peppered with stunning black and white photographs of the pilots and their planes. This text, which highlights the careers and journeys of three incredible German pilots, is in very good condition. The dustjacket and the book itself have been remarkably well preserved, with few notable blemishes or imperfections other than some visible repairs to the dustjacket.
