This lovely early edition of "Sky Pilot's Last Flight" the sequel to "Sky Pilot" by K. Langford Smith is now in the possession of St Mary's Books. Housed in a facsimilie (replica) dustjacket, this hardback book is bound in blue cloth with dark blue ink lettering on the spine. Inside, one finds i-vii, 255pp., and 38 pages of advertisements to the back of the book, supplemented with black and white photographs, such as the image on the frontispiece depicting the author next to "Sky Pilot", his aeroplane. In this book, the reader once again takes to the sky with the author in response to urgent calls for assistance. This book is in good condition, though thereis some wearing to the spine, some slight offsetting on the front free endpapers, and some minor foxing throughout - the text remains clean and readable. "Sky Pilot's Last Flight" is looking for a new home, and would make for the perfect gift for any aviation enthusiast.
