This lovely 1935 German language edition of "Flieger und was sie erlebten: siebenundsiebzig deutsche luftfahrer erzahlen" by Werner V. Langsdorff is housed in its original black, blue and yellow dustjacket featuring black and white photographs of aeroplanes. Quarter bound in cream cloth with cream boards and blue and black ink text, this hardback book contains 384 pages of text peppered with stunning contemporary photographs, such as the frontispiece image of "G. Fieseler im Messerslug". This copy, and its original dustjacket, are in good condition, with few notable blemishes or imperfections other than some tearing to the dustjacket and that the pages are yellowed. "Flieger" is looking for a new home and would make for a perfect gift for anyone wanting to gather first-hand experiences of German pilots.
