This book follows the dangerous adventures of Major Basil Halsey as he finds himself a member of the Black Squadron, thanks to a chance meeting with an old war-time friend. A scarce and collectable item, which is a part of the "Ace" series, published by John Hamilton Ltd. It is bound in lovely green boards and illustrated with four beautiful and striking drawings in black and white. Overall, this copy is in very good condition. There is some very slight foxing to the textblock, but the pages throughout are clean and undamaged. The dust jacket is also in very good condition, with some slight wear and tear to the extremities. pp. 224.
