This fascinating 1948 edition of "La Aeronautica Nacional al Servicio del Pais" written and published by the Republic of Argentina's Secretaria de Aeronautica de la Nacion is now in the possession of St Mary's Books. This large size paperback book has a handsomely designed cream and green cover featuring a raised gold gilt emblem of the Republic of Argentina. Inside, one finds 345 pages of text in Spanish highlighting various aspects of the Argentinan Aeronautical Service supplemented by stunning full-colour maps, illustrations, and black and white photographs. This copy is in good condition - the cover is bumped and torn at the spine, the text block has detached from the cover at the spine, and there is some minor staining on the prelims due to an old paperclip. However, the copy remains otherwise remarkably clean and readable. "La Aeronautica Nacional al Servicio del Pais" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any Argentinian aviation enthusiast or collector.
