Illustrated By: Stanley Orton Bradshaw
Published By: John Hamilton Ltd.
This lovely edition of "Wings of Revolution" by J. Railton Holden is housed in its original pictorial dustjacket featuring an illustration of a dogfight. This hardback book is bound in bright red buckram with black ink lettering, and contains i-vii and 319 pages of text. This thrilling fictional story of the brothers Yates, Ben Adams and Captain Hilton is supplemented by Stanley Orton Bradshaw's charming illustrations - such as the full colour frontispiece, and full-page black ink illustrations throughout the book. This copy is in good condition - with some slight foxing on the title page. In addition, the original dustjacket, though it is clean and bright, has unfortunately suffered significant damage and thus can only be described as fair to good. "Wings of Revolution" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any aviation enthusiast or lover of the "Ace" Series.
