Eccles and addressing the work both men did for Sir Hugh Trenchard, the "Father of the Royal Air Force". Bound in navy buckram with gold gilt lettering to the spine, this hardback book contains 315 pages of text describing in intimate detail the authors' wartime experiences, particularly concerning the people he met and the ideas they shared with him. This copy is in good condition - there is some bumping to the corners of the boards, some stains on the cover, and some weakness in the spine. However, the interior remains clean, bright, and readable, remarkable for the age and rarity of the copy. "R.F.C. H.Q. 1914-1918" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any aviation enthusiast.
