Bound in light blue cloth, this hardback book contains 57 pages of text and 3 pages of advertisements to the back of the book. Within the pages of this book, the reader is treated to Arthur Lewis Jenkins' harrowing and soulful wartime poetry, perfectly encapsulating the emotional experience of the turbulent life of a soldier. This copy is in very good condition. The pages throughout are clean and bright, with only the first page being affected by foxing. The binding remains strong and the covers are generally undamaged with some wear to the extremities, and the lettering for the title on the spine has worn away completely. There are also faint yellow marks to the front cover and the spine. pp. 57 + 3.
