This wonderful book attempts to answer the question what is seen on the aeroplane journey between Holand and the Netherlands Indies at the time of publishing. It is richly illustrated in black and white throughout with photographs and line drawings, as well as a fold out map. In the back of the book there are two additional leaflets. One is the Air Route Amsterdam-Batavia, which was included originally. There is also included with this book a version of the routemap which came with a first edition of the same book. Both are illustrated with black and white photographs. Overall, this book is in very good condition. There is no notable damage or foxing to the pages. There are a few marks to the cover. Both of the leaflets are also in very good condition. pp. 96 (not including the additional leaflets).
