Housed in a dark blue slipcase, this hardback book is beautifully bound in blue cloth wiht a charming black ink and silver gilt illustration of the castle in the moonlight. Inside, one finds 335 pages of text, where the reader is treated to this entertaining tale of an eccentric family living in a dilapidated castle, through the eyes of the observant youngest daughter. This copy is in very good condition - unfortunately, the cloth on the spine has suffered some sundamage, however the book itself remains otherwise remarkably well preserved. "I Capture the Castle" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any literature enthusiast.
