Rotorcraft

Capt. R. N. Liptrot & J. D. Woods

Edition: First Edition

Published By: Butterworths Scientific Publications

St Mary's Books is proud to present this 1955 first edition of "Rotorcraft" by Capt. R. N. Liptrot and J. D. Woods. Housed in its original blue dustjacket featuring a white ink line drawing of a rotorcraft, this hardback book is bound in dark green buckram with gold gilt lettering. Inside, one finds i-xii and 161 pages of text followed by 11 pages of indices to the back of the book. Within the pages of this book, the reader is treated to the theory and practice of rotary wing aircraft, supplemented by photographs, diagrams, graphs, tables, and more. This copy is in very good condition - though the original dustjacket has suffered some significant bumping along its top edge and therefore can only be described as good, the book itself remains remarkably bright, clean and readable given its age and rarity. "Rotorcraft" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any aviation enthusiast.
