St Mary's Books is proud to present the March-June 1915 editions of "Aeronautics", published by the Aeronautics Press, New York. Bound in brown cloth with gold gilt lettering to the spine, this hardback book contains the following editions from "Aeronautics" Vol. XVI 1915: No. 1 March 15; No. 2 March 30; No. 3 April 15; No. 4 April 30; No. 5 May 15; No. 6 May 30; No. 7 June 15; and No. 8 June 30. Inside, one finds 128 pages of text, peppered with contemporary advertisements, black and white photographs, technical diagrams, and of course long form articles highlighting contemporary achievements in aviation and aeronautical engineering. This copy is in good condition - there is some scuffing to the corners and edges of the cloth, the free endpapers have "discarded" stamps on them, and the first title page is loose and scuffed. However, the remainder of the interior pages appear remarkably bright, clean and readable given their age. This collection of "Aeronautics" editions from May to June 1915 is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any aviation enthusiast.
