Inside, one finds 96 pages of text, peppered with black and white photographs of notable aviators and their aeroplanes, chronicling aerial combat in the first world war. This copy is in very good condition - the dustjacket has only suffered some minor scuffing along its edges and otherwise remains well-preserved, but the book itself is remarkably bright, clean and readable and appears virtually as-new. "Fighting Wings" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any aviation enthusiast.
