St Mary's Books is proud to present this circa 1950 edition of "Bristol Turbine and Sleeve-Valve Aero Engines". Bound in paper designed to mimic wood, with a raised gold-coloured "Bristol" logo and gold gilt lettering, this paperback book contains 39 pages of text, followed by some "performance data" graphs held in a pocket to the back of the book. Within the pages of this book, one finds a series of black and white photos of Bristol engines and the aeroplanes they were placed in, alongside brightly coloured titles and text in both English and French. This copy is in good condition - though the paper covers have suffered some minor scuffs to the corners and edges, the interior appears remarkably bright, clean and readable. "Bristol Turbine and Sleeve-Valve Aero-Engines" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any aviation enthusiast.
